My inspiration, poetry, and thoughtlings

I’m on an unforgiving planet Where the shorebreak crushes bones And pulverizes the olivite canyons Into greens sand and volcanic stones. I gather my bravery clumsily I brace for thirty-foot dives Barefoot walks under jungle rooftops At the expense of my nine lives. Messenger clouds will mingle above me My shadow reaching, breaching, teaching me I can not stay Then the Mighty Grey roars at the world Thickening new organisms in the Earth’s clay.

When you let the egg of your ego break You’ll dream in sunlight or secret sanskrit. The joy tickles your eyes to cry And the tears rolling down your eyes Erodes a new path to see. Down your cheeks, The peach fuzz is a bed for your sadness to rest Like a nest of silky petals And a place where the forgiving mother licks your wounds. Break into your healing knees Crack your toes.

At times of hardship and pain, Your dignity is challenged to break But even when your dignity is stripped off of its privacy, security. And shields The sheer will to live life to the fullest Under whatever circumstance Is dignity unrattled. Being able to build a garden in range of crossfire Or a bed for another with broken tools is beyond just survival. To find peace in your nightmare…

Pahoehoe basalt forms when lava moves slowly, creating smoother wrinkles. Aa are sharp basaltic pieces formed from rapid flowing lava. Aa is pronounced "Ah-ah" which is kinda the sound you make when you walk on it barefoot
