Banana stalks printed on handmade paper made from wauke (Hawaiian mullberry) and hapu`u fern (Hawaiian fern). Wauke is a strong off-white fiber used for papermaking and is used traditionally for Hawaiian kapa. Hapu`u ferns have soft delicate brown hairs that are discarded before cooking. 
 
Due to the nature of printing and handmade paper, each artwork is one-of-a-kind. Size and color may slightly vary.
